Lawrence Brown

Lawrence arrived from London in 1993, where he was in the health and fitness industry. A usual story, Lawrence expected to be here for one or two years, then he fell in love with Hong Kong and have been here ever since.

Lawrence has always had a keen interest in real estate prior to becoming a full-time agent. Having been working in the spa industry for many years, owning, operating and consulting, he would always be on the lookout for space to create beautiful spas that became a real retreat for customers. This skill crosses over seamlessly into residential properties, conceptualizing how a house or apartment can become the perfect home.

Finding the right property is a process. Lawrence gains immense satisfaction being a part of this with his clients, from finding and shortlisting properties, to negotiating the best deal possible and following up to ensure a hassle-free move.

His spare time is spent exercising, socializing with friends and heading out on trails with his dog.
