Franky Cho

As Chief Operating Officer of List Sotheby’s International Realty in Hong Kong, Franky Cho oversees the company’s strategic business development, key partnership management and overall operations. Among his other responsibilities are managing international project marketing, strategic marketing and branding, and technological innovation.

Prior to his current position, he was the company’s Senior Advisor on information and digital marketing since 2017, overseeing the deployment and implementation of regional IT projects in collaboration with other offices under the List Group and affiliates of Sotheby’s International Realty. Between 2010 and 2016 he served as Director of Marketing and Operations for another international real estate agency.

Over the course of his career, Cho has focused on technological development, marketing and operations. For nearly two decades, he has been driving the digital transformation of real estate sales and tenancy management, not only to streamline operations but also to enhance customer experience and engagement, which translate into more closings and increased brand recognition.

His vision is to create a collaborative real estate platform that provides up-to-date property information and market intelligence to clients, brokers and stakeholders by leveraging proptech solutions and big data analysis. Cho holds an MBA from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the same university.
